Returns and Refunds

We appreciate you shopping with us and want to make this right! If you were not happy with items from your order we will gladly assist in returning them for you!

Return Policy

daisimama will accept returns of unworn clothing items and shoes with original tags and garment packaging with SKU label. We cannot accept exchanges of any kind at this time due to the nature of our inventory.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us using the pre-paid shipping label included with your order within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. 

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

• Please allow daisimama 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm that it has been completed.

Refund Policy 

Refunds will be issued after the return has been accepted and processed. Please allow 5-7 days. The refund amount will be issued to the payment method used.
